Hi! My name is Kerry Folkman. I am a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Menopause Specialist. I have over 15 years of experience caring for people of different ages and life stages, but women’s health has always been my passion. My practice is focused on supporting women through the transitions of midlife with clarity, honesty, and warmth.
My goal is to help you optimize and maintain your health as you age in a way that feels comfortable and sustainable. I offer evidence-based, science-backed care, including hormonal and non-hormonal treatments for symptoms of perimenopause, GLP-1 therapy for weight loss and metabolic health, and support for women with ADHD and attention difficulties in menopause.
I primarily see patients over telemedicine, but I do have in person hours available one day per month. Please reach out if you are interested an in person appointment.
